I decided it was time to get socially involved. I get around 10-20 visitors a day, which is a great start. However I would love to draw in a bigger crowd in the near future. There are a few different ways to do that. So I’ve been slowly picking off the easy ways first. I started out by being more active on Twitter and Facebook. The next logical step was to add quick links for others to share my articles on social sites such as Google+, Facebook, and Twitter.
Engadget posted an article listing some new details its squeaked out of few folks at Google I/O. Nothing ground breaking but you might find it interesting if your looking to find details about the newest thing in tech. Although to be honest the market might be solely for engineers/construction. I’m just not sure how many people would be willing to walk around with funny looking glasses on. It’s not as if people don’t have a hard enough time with multitasking while just talking on cell phones.
Google may be an evil looking giant when it comes to Internet Services. However few will argue that their services don’t meet most individual and corporate needs. Now they have ventured beyond just supplying services that many people and businesses use, they have completely overhauled their data centers and turned them from evil power sucking environmentally polluting machines into a green friendly creature so to speak.
Demo slam was unveiled earlier today. It basically pits two videos showing demos of products against one another in a popularity contest. The videos can be submitted by anyone, simply upload your video demo to Youtube and then submit it as a slam. They have a number of do’s and don’ts posted at their Demo Slam website. [...]
